摘要
为实现结构件焊补预热过程的自动化与连续化生产,设计一种天然气预热平台的工艺解决方案。文中详细阐述了预热工艺方案设计原理、预热平台结构组成、工作原理及使用方法。该预热平台的应用实现了焊补过程预热和焊接连续化操作,有效提高了预热效率及能源利用率,同时保障了焊接质量。
To achieve automated and continuous production in the preheating process for structural component welding repairs,this paper proposes a process solution for a natural gas preheating platform.It details the design principles of the preheating process,the structural composition of the preheating platform,its working principle,and operational methods.The application of this preheating platform enables continuous preheating and welding operations during the repair process,effectively enhancing preheating efficiency and energy utilization while ensuring welding quality.
