摘要
确定了ZG15Cr1Mo1V铸件的开裂位置为联合阀体R角位置。对缺陷周围的母材成分、组织和性能情况进行了检测,该铸件具备焊接修复条件。对ZG15Cr1Mo1V钢的焊接性及焊接修复要点进行了分析,采用同材质热补焊的工艺方法及整体热处理方式,成功对某电厂中压再热联合调阀ZG15Cr1Mo1V铸件进行了焊接修复,已安全稳定运行4年。
The cracking position of ZG15Cr1Mo1V casting was determined as angle R position of the combined valve body.The composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of the parent material around the defect were tested,and the casting was qualified for repair welding.The weldability and key points of repair welding of ZG15Cr1Mo1V steel were analyzed.The repair welding of ZG15Cr1Mo1V casting of medium pressure reheat combined control valve of a power plant was successfully carried out with the same material hot repair welding and the integral heat treatment.It has been running safely and stably for 4 years.
