摘要
目的分析近20年来医院感染管理专职人员培养研究的变化与趋势,识别国内外研究的前沿热点,为未来该领域的研究提供参考与借鉴。方法基于中文数据库和美国科学网,利用CiteSpace工具对国内外关于医院感染管理专职人员培养的相关研究进行文献可视化分析。结果2000-2024年共有4330篇医院感染管理专职人员培养相关文献,其中中文文献1449篇,外文文献2881篇。关键词分析显示,医院感染培训的研究热点集中在感染控制、管理、临床路径和多重耐药等方面。研究焦点也随着时间推移,从基础的感染控制措施发展到应对全球健康危机的公共卫生策略转变。结论本文分析揭示了医院感染管理研究的阶段性发展和国际趋势,强调了未来研究需深化策略探讨、创新培训方法,并加强基层医疗机构的专业发展,以应对全球健康挑战。
Objective To analyze the changes and trends in the research on the training of full-time personnel for hospital infection management in the past 20 years,identify the cutting-edge hotspots of domestic and foreign research,and provide references for future research in this field.Methods Based on the Chinese database and Sciencenet of the United States,the CiteSpace tool was used to conduct a literature visualization analysis of relevant studies at home and abroad on the training of full-time personnel for hospital infection management.Results From 2000 to 2024,there were a total of 4,330 literatures related to the training of full-time hospital infection management personnel,including 1,449 Chinese literatures and 2,881 foreign literatures.Key word analysis shows that the research hotspots of hospital infection training are concentrated in aspects such as infection control,management,clinical pathways and multi-drug resistance.The research focus has also shifted over time from basic infection control measures to public health strategies for addressing the global health crisis.Conclusion This article analyzes and reveals the phased development and international trends of hospital infection management research,emphasizing that future research needs to deepen strategic exploration,innovate training methods,and strengthen the professional development of primary medical institutions to address global health challenges.
