摘要
目的分析基于CiteSpace教学门诊的现状与热点趋势。方法采用NoteExpress和CiteSpace软件,分析近十年教学门诊相关文献的发文量、机构、作者和关键词。结果教学门诊研究发文量稳步增长,四川大学华西第二附属医院和广西中医药大学第一附属医院发文最多。但作者分布分散,机构间合作有限,限制了研究的深度与广度。当前热点包括教学改革、医患沟通、应用效果和教学模式。结论本文揭示了教学门诊的现状与趋势,未来应进一步加强教学门诊的研究和实践,推动教学改革,提升医患沟通效果,优化教学模式,以培养更多高素质的医学人才。
Objective To analysis current situation and hot trends of teaching clinics based on the CiteSpace.Methods NoteExpress and CiteSpace visualization software were used to analyze the volume of publications,publishing institutions,authors,and keywords related to outpatient teaching clinics over the past decade.Results The number of publications on outpatient teaching clinics was in a steady growth trend in in recent years.West China Second University Hospital of Sichuan University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine are the institutions with the highest number of publications.However,the distribution of authors presents a pattern of clustered dispersion,and there is relatively limited cooperation among domestic institutions,which to some extent restricts the depth and breadth of research on outpatient teaching clinics.Teaching reform,doctor-patient communication,application effectiveness,and teaching models are currently hot topics in the research on outpatient teaching clinics in China.Conclusion This paper reveals the current status and hot trends in this field.In the future,it is 3imperative to further strengthen research and practice in outpatient teaching clinics,promote teaching reforms,enhance doctor-patient communication,optimize teaching models,and cultivate a larger number of high-quality medical talents.
