基于CiteSpace的姜黄素抗肿瘤研究的可视化分析

摘要 目的通过对近30年姜黄素抗肿瘤文献进行可视化分析,梳理其发展状况、研究热点和前沿。方法以Web of Science数据库为检索对象,以主题=(“curcumin”OR“diferuloylmethane”)AND(“antitumor”OR“anticancer”)检索1992年1月1日至2022年6月30日间的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件对发文趋势、国家、作者、期刊、机构和关键词等进行分析和绘制图谱。结果筛选得到4380篇论文,可用多项式回归模型拟合及预测年度累计发文量;发文量最大的国家、作者、期刊、机构分别是中国、SAHEBKAR A教授、Molecules和伊朗马什哈德医科大学;关键词分析表明研究热点和发展趋势主要是姜黄素抗肿瘤机制、化疗药联用以及纳米递送系统。结论本文通过对图谱分析得到姜黄素抗肿瘤领域的研究现状、知识基础、研究热点和前沿演变,以期为相关学者的深入研究提供参考依据。 Objective To visually analyze the literatures related to curcumin and anti-tumor in the past 30 years,so as to sort out its development status,research hotspots and frontiers.Methords Taking Web of Science database as the retrieval object,and using the subject=(“curcumin”OR“diferuloylmethane”)AND(“antitumor”OR“anticancer”)to search for relevant literatures from January 1,1992 to June 30,2022,the trend of publication,countries,authors,journals,institutions and keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace software for analysis and mapping.Results A total of 4380 papers were screened,and a polynomial regression model was used to fit and predict the annual cumulative number of publications.The countries,authors,journals and institutions with the largest number of publications were China,Professor SAHEBKAR A,Molecules and Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Iran,respectively.Keyword analysis showed that the research hotspots and development trends were mainly anti-tumor mechanism of curcumin,combined use with chemotherapeutics and nano-delivery systems.Conclusion In this paper,the research status,knowledge base,research hotspot and frontier evolution in the field of curcumin and anti-tumor are obtained through the analysis of the map,so as to provide a reference for the in-depth research of related scholars.
