绿色技术创新对能源结构转型的影响研究

Study on the impact of green technology innovation on energy structure transformation

摘要 加快能源结构转型是保障国家能源安全、实现经济绿色高质量发展的重要途径,绿色技术的研发应用革新了能源的利用方式、提升了能源使用效率,是能源结构低碳化转型的重要驱动力。基于2011-2022年我国30个省份(含自治区、直辖市)的数据,实证研究绿色技术创新和能源结构转型之间的“U”型关系,分析了产业结构升级和工业智能化在两者“U”型关系之间的传导作用,并检验了环境规制在该影响过程中发挥的调节作用。结果表明:(1)绿色技术创新与能源结构转型在全国范围内存在显著“U”型关系;(2)产业结构升级和工业智能化是绿色技术创新推动能源结构转型的两条重要渠道;(3)绿色技术创新与能源结构转型之间的“U”型关系存在明显的经济区域、资源禀赋异质性,东部地区绿色技术创新对能源结构转型的推动力更强,在资源型省份两者之间“U”型关系并不明显;(4)环境规制在绿色技术创新与能源结构转型之间的“U”型关系中起负向调节作用。 Accelerating the transformation of energy structure is an important way to ensure national energy security and achieve green and high-quality economic development.The research and application of green technology has innovated the way of energy utilization and improved the efficiency of energy use,and is an important driving force for the low-carbon transformation of energy structure.Based on the data of 30 provinces(including municipalities directly under the central Government and autonomous regions)in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper empirically studies the U-shaped relationship between green technology innovation and energy structure transformation,analyzes the transmission role of industrial structure upgrading and industrial intelligence in the U-shaped relationship,and examines the regulatory role of environmental regulation in the influence process.The results show that:①There is a significant U-shaped relationship between green technology innovation and energy structure transformation nationwide;②Industrial structure upgrading and industrial intelligence are two important channels for green technology innovation to promote the transformation of energy structure;③The U-shaped relationship between green technology innovation and energy structure transformation has obvious differences in economic regions and resource endowments.Green technology innovation has a stronger driving force on energy structure transformation in eastern China,but the U-shaped relationship is not obvious in resource-based provinces;④Environmental regulation plays a negative regulating role in the U-shaped relationship between green technology innovation and energy structure transformation.
