摘要
文章基于数据挖掘技术构建了一种高职院校教师教学效果评估模型,首先阐述了数据挖掘的基本概念及常用的教学效果评估方法,其次提出了数据源与特征选择、数据采集方法及教学效果评估指标体系的构建,再次分析了模型算法的选择与应用策略,最后通过技术应用测试验证了模型的有效性。研究结果为高职院校教师教学效果的科学评估提供了理论依据和实践参考。
This article constructs a teaching effectiveness evaluation model for vocational college teachers based on data mining technology.Firstly,the basic concepts of data mining and commonly used teaching effectiveness evaluation methods are explained.Secondly,the construction of data source and feature selection,data collection methods,and teaching effectiveness evaluation index system is proposed.The selection and application strategies of the model algorithm are analyzed again.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified through technical application testing.The research results provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the scientific evaluation of teaching effectiveness of vocational college teachers.
