摘要
目的:探讨采用联合干预的方法对骨折术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年10月江苏省启东市中医院收治的80例骨折患者作为研究对象,按照摸球法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用耳穴贴敷,观察组采用耳穴贴敷联合耳穴全息铜砭刮痧。比较两组患者临床干预效果、护理满意度、中医症候积分、睡眠相关指标、睡眠质量以及睡眠障碍评分。结果:干预后,观察组患者临床干预总有效率、总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541、4.501,P<0.05);观察组患者中医症候积分、睡眠相关指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.413、2.757、9.140、11.212、5.331,P<0.05);观察组患者阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.726、9.030,P<0.05)。结论:采用联合干预的方法能够显著改善骨折术后患者的睡眠质量,促进其睡眠相关指标恢复至正常范围。
Objective:To explore the effect of combined intervention on the sleep quality of patients after fracture surgery.Methods:Selecting 80 fracture patients admitted to Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research subjects from January 2021 to October 2023.They were grouped according to the touch ball method.The control group(n=40)received ear acupoint application,while the observation group(n=40)received ear acupoint application+holographic copper needle scraping.The clinical intervention effects,TCM syndrome scores,sleep-related indicators,sleep quality,sleep disorder scores and satisfaction with nursing of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective clinical intervention and total satisfaction in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores and sleep-related indicators of the observation group were all higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.413,2.757,9.140,11.212,5.331;P<0.05).AIS and PSQI scores of the observation group were both better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.726,9.030;P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of combined intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients after fracture surgery,and promote their sleep related indicators return to the normal range.
