摘要
在“十四五”规划中,教育提质扩容成为国家战略重点,凸显了基础设施在教育发展中的核心地位。教育部等六部门发布的指导意见,进一步确立了教育新基建的战略方向,旨在打造高效、可靠的教育支撑体系。以兰州市为研究对象,综合运用GIS网格分析、核密度估算、标准差椭圆法和平均最近邻指数等方法,对兰州市小学的分布情况进行了宏观、中观和微观三个层面的深入分析。研究发现,兰州市小学在空间分布上呈现出以核心区域为中心的组团式格局,且在西北至东南方向上呈现出明显的中心密集、外围稀疏的分布特征,特别是在城关区和安宁区,人口密集区域与小学高密度分布区域高度吻合,而其他区县则分布较为分散。此外,小学的可达性虽然在某些区域较高,但并未实现全覆盖,整体覆盖效率有待提升。基于这些发现,研究提出了针对性的规划优化建议,以期提高兰州市小学布局的有效性和均衡性。
In the"14th Five-Year Plan",the improvement and expansion of education have become a national strategic focus,highlighting the core position of infrastructure in the development of education.The guiding opinions issued by the Ministry of Education and five other departments further establish the strategic direction of the new infrastructure for education,aiming to create an efficient and reliable educational support system.This study takes Lanzhou as the research object and comprehensively applies GIS grid analysis,kernel density estimation,standard elliptical difference analysis,and mean nearest neighbor index,and other methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the distribution of primary schools in Lanzhou at the macro,meso,and micro levels.The study found that the distribution of primary schools in Lanzhou shows a cluster pattern centered on the core area,and there is a clear feature of dense center and sparse periphery from the northwest to the southeast direction.Especially in the Chengguan District and Anning District,the densely populated areas are highly consistent with the high-density distribution areas of primary schools,while the distribution in other districts and counties is more scattered.In addition,although the accessibility of primary schools is relatively high in some areas,it has not achieved full coverage,and the overall coverage efficiency needs to be improved.Based on these findings,the study has put forward targeted planning optimization suggestions to improve the effectiveness and balance of the layout of primary schools in Lanzhou.
