摘要
基于地理开源数据,共筛选出8类城市住宅选址影响因素。然后利用核密度法分析城市住宅空间结构布局,利用局域自相关法分析住宅空间分布特征,利用地理探测器探寻不同影响因子的正反邻避效用。结果表明:①郑州主城区住宅空间分布以中部为核点向四周圈层式拓展;②住宅选址局部自相关特征较为明显;③正反邻避设施因子对住宅选址影响效应具有交互作用。
Based on open geographic data,this paper screens out eight types of factors that affect the location of urban residential buildings.After that,uses the kernel density method to analyze the spatial structure layout of urban residences,uses the local autocorrelation method to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of residences,uses the geographic detector to explore the positive and negative neighbor avoidance effects of different influencing factors.The results show that,the residential space distribution in the main urban area of Zhengzhou extends to the surroundings with the central part as the core point.The local autocorrelation characteristics of residential site selection are more obvious.The positive and negative neighboring facility factors have an interactive effect on the residential site selection.
