摘要
微生物发酵技术在提高植物原料中活性成分的生物利用度和药理作用方面显示巨大潜力,而双向转化技术,通过微生物代谢过程,增强植物原料成分活性并发现新成分,为活性成分的精准调控和功能拓展提供新途径。综述不同类型生物发酵技术的特点及在化妆品原料研发中的应用,侧重分析生物双向发酵技术在提取、转化、增强植物活性成分以及发现新活性成分方面的潜力与挑战,旨在为科研和产业提供科学指导。
Microbial fermentation technology shows great potential in improving the bioavailability and pharmacological effects of active ingredients in plant raw materials.Bidirectional transformation technology,through the microbial metabolic process,enhances the activity of plant raw material components and discovers new components,which provides a new way for the precise regulation and function expansion of active ingredients.The characteristics of different types of microbial fermentation technologies and their applications in the research and development of cosmetic raw materials were summarized,focusing on analyzing the potentials and challenges of bi-directional microbial fermentation technologies in extracting,transforming,and enhancing the active ingredients of plants as well as discovering new active ingredients,to provide scientific guidance for scientific research and industry.
