Box-behnke响应面法优化新鲜黄精初加工工艺研究

摘要 为优化新鲜黄精药材的初加工工艺,采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定黄精多糖的含量,以多糖质量分数为评价指标,对煮制时间、干燥时间和干燥温度进行单因素试验,在此基础上,采用Box-behnken响应面法优化新鲜黄精初加工工艺并进行验证。结果表明,片状新鲜黄精初加工工艺最佳参数为煮制时间15 min,干燥温度58℃,干燥时间10 h,切制厚度5 mm;个状新鲜黄精初加工工艺最佳参数为煮制时间24 h,干燥时间26 h,干燥温度60℃。优化的工艺切实可行、工艺简便、可操作性强,可为新鲜黄精药材初加工提供参考依据。 To optimize the processing technology of fresh polygonatum sibiricum.The content of polygonatum polysaccharide was determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method,and the content of polygonatum polysaccharide was used as the evaluation index,the Box-behnken design-response surface methodology was used to optimize the initial processing technology of fresh polygonatum sibiricum from the producing area.The optimal parameters of the initial processing technology of the flake fresh polygonatum were as follows:cooking time 15 min,drying temperature 58℃,drying time 10 h and cutting thickness 5 mm.The optimal parameters of the initial processing technology of the flake fresh polygonatum were as follows:cooking time 24 h,the drying time was 26 h and the drying temperature was 60℃.The optimized technology was feasible,simple and Operability,which could provide reference for the initial processing of fresh Polygonatum sibiricum.
