摘要
天然橡胶主要来源于巴西三叶橡胶树,是一种重要的工业原料和战略资源,一般通过对鲜胶乳进行凝块、脱水、除杂、干燥等初加工处理制成天然生胶产品。目前,天然生胶原料供应具有随机性、多样性、复杂性,这对初加工工艺提出更高要求,同时给初加工配套装备的设计优化与升级带来更大挑战。该文围绕天然橡胶原料的供应与存储,重点剖析了天然橡胶原料初加工工艺、初加工设备、初加工产品的现状与发展需求,概述了水线工艺、干线工艺中的关键配套设备现状,重点指出了干法工艺制胶中对新技术、新工艺、新装备的需求和研究思路,为促进先进新型产线装备的国产化工作取得新突破提供理论基础。
Natural rubber is primarily derived from the Brazilian rubber tree and serves as a crucial industrial raw material and strategic resource.The production of natural rubber products typically involves several preliminary processing techniques,including coagulation,dehydration,impurity removal,and the drying of fresh latex.At present,the supply of natural rubber raw materials is marked by variability,diversity,and complexity,which necessitates advanced initial processing technologies and poses significant challenges for the optimization and enhancement of the equipment used in these preliminary processing stages.This article examined the supply and storage of natural rubber raw materials,placing particular emphasis on the analysis of the current status and developmental requirements of primary processing technologies,equipment,and products associated with these materials.It offered a comprehensive overview of the existing key supporting equipment utilized in both wet and dry processing methods,while also underscoring the necessity for innovative technologies,processes,and equipment in the dry processing of rubber.The objective of this article was to establish a theoretical framework that facilitated ongoing advancements in the localization of cutting-edge production line equipment.
