摘要
为解决汽车测试场采用常规挂线法、平衡梁法进行路面施工造成的高程、平整度、坡度偏差大问题,严格控制路面测量精度及施工质量缺陷,以湖北武汉某汽车测试场工程为例,创新采用超平纤维沥青混合料路面施工技术,利用3D摊铺系统的多传感器,进行沥青摊铺全过程自动监测与校核。经工程实践,该技术有效保证了路面纵横坡度,满足平整度0.5‰的要求,并具有数字化、智能化、全天候、安全整洁等特点,可为类似工程提供参考。
To solve the problem of large elevation,flatness,and slope deviation caused by conventional hanging line and balanced beam pavement construction methods,pavement measurement accuracy and construction quality defects are strictly controlled.An automobile test site project in Wuhan,Hubei,serves as an example.The construction technique of super flat fiber asphalt mixture pavement is innovatively adopted,and the multi-sensor 3D paving system is used to automatically monitor and check the entire asphalt-paving process.This technique effectively ensures the vertical and horizontal slope of the road surface and meets the 0.5‰flatness requirement.Additionally,it features digitization,intelligence,all-weather applicability,safety,and cleanliness,providing a reference for similar projects.
