摘要
为了确定3D数字化摊铺坐标点的合理间隔距离,在分析3D数字化摊铺系统的组成与工作原理基础上,研究了3D数字化系统与摊铺机的联合工作特性,通过建立摊铺机熨平板的运动学模型,确定了3D数字化摊铺系统相关参数对熨平板摊铺特性的影响,得到输入与输出之间关系。采用阶跃信号模拟实际输入进行输出图像分析,建立了基于3D数字化摊铺系统桅杆安装位置的摊铺坐标点步长计算公式,提出了与3D数字化摊铺系统桅杆安装位置相关的坐标点之间步长确定方法。采用实体工程中典型机械设备参数进行了仿真和现场试验,结果表明:桅杆安装位置K的取值不超过1/2时,3D数字化摊铺输入坐标点之间步长应在5 m左右,以综合提高摊铺纵坡控制精度和平整度。
In order to determine the reasonable interval distance of 3D digital paving coordinate points,based on the analysis of the composition and working principle of 3D digital paving system,the joint working characteristics of 3D digital system and paver are studied,and the influence of relevant parameters of 3D digital paving system on the paving characteristics of the screed is determined.The influence of the relevant parameters of the 3D digital paving system on the paving characteristics of the screed is determined,and the relationship model between input and output is obtained.The step signal is used to simulate the actual input for output image analysis,and the formula for calculating the step length of paving coordinate points based on the mast installation position of the 3D digital paving system is established,and the method for determining the step length between coordinate points related to the mast installation position of the 3D digital paving system is proposed.The results show that the step length between the 3D digital paving input coordinate points should be about 5 m when the value of the mast installation position K does not exceed 1/2,in order to improve the longitudinal slope control accuracy and paving flatness.
