摘要
肝转移癌是指原发于其他器官的恶性肿瘤转移至肝脏形成的病灶,与患者的生存结局显著相关。瘤内菌是定植于肿瘤组织内的微生物集合体,其通过多种途径调控了疾病的进展。多项研究证实瘤内菌参与了肝转移癌的发生发展。本文对瘤内菌在肝转移癌的潜在作用及调控机制进行述评,旨在为肝转移癌中的诊断及临床转化提供参考。
Hepatic metastatic cancer refers to lesions formed by the metastasis of malignant tumors originating from other organs to the liver,which is significantly associated with patient survival outcomes.Intratumoral microbiota represent microbial communities colonizing within tumor tissues,which regulate disease progression through multiple pathways.Multiple studies have confirmed that intratumoral microbiota are involved in the initiation and progression of hepatic metastatic cancer.This article reviews the potential roles and regulatory mechanisms of intratumoral microbiota in hepatic metastatic cancer,aiming to provide references for its diagnosis and clinical translation.

陆宏伟,医学博士,肝胆外科博士后,主任医师,博士研究生导师,西安交通大学第二附属医院普通外科副主任。主要从事肝胆胰肿瘤的的临床、教学和科研工作。担任中国医师协会肝癌专业委员会委员,中国医师协会结直肠MDT专业委员会委员,陕西省老年病学会肝胆胰肿瘤多学科诊疗专业委员会主任委员。承担国家及省部级课题7项,发表学术论文40余篇,参编专著3部。
