摘要
基于少阴寒化的核心思想,阐释黄褐斑的发病机制和治疗思路。黄褐斑的核心病位在肾,核心病机为少阴寒化,即肾阳亏虚,根据传化演变可细分为肾阳亏虚,火不暖土,痰湿凝斑;肝肾同源,寒凝肝脉,血瘀成斑;阳损及阴,精血不生,火燥结斑。提出黄褐斑的治疗应紧扣温补肾阳,结合温脾化湿、暖肝活血、滋阴润燥等法,强调遣方用药需根据疾病性质有所侧重。
Based on the core idea of cold transformation of shaoyin disease,explain the pathogenesis and treatment ideas of melasma.The core disease of chloasma is located in kidney,the core pathogenesis of chloasma is cold transformation of shaoyin disease,is kidney yang deficiency,according to the evolution of transmission,it can be divided into kidney yang deficiency,fire not warming earth,phlegm dampness coagulation spots;liver and kidney are of the same origin,cold congests liver veins,and blood stasis causes spots;yang is damaged and yin is affected,essence and blood are not produced,and there are spots due to dryness caused by fire.Treatment of melasma should focus on warmly invigorating kidney yang,combined with methods such as warming spleen and dispelling dampness,warming liver and promoting blood circulation,nourishing yin and moistening dryness,it is emphasized that the prescription and medication should be tailored to the nature of the disease.
