摘要
糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(Diabetes-induced erectile dysfunction,DIED)是糖尿病患者在长期血糖控制不佳的情况下诱发的血管神经性糖尿病并发症,在中医学体系中归属于“消渴”“阳痿”两种疾病范畴。以往普遍认为DIED最常见的原因是肾虚。但随着近年来中国糖尿病患病率的暴发式增长,DIED的患病率和未诊断率不断增加,发病年龄也呈现年轻化趋势,先前的中医理论已不完全适用。现代医学在对疾病不断深入、细化研究的同时,逐渐发现“肝肾同源”的生理关系对DIED患者影响较大。作者结合“肝肾同源”理论,探讨其与DIED的关系,以期丰富此病的现有研究并为临床防治提供一些参考。
Diabetic erectile dysfunction(DIED)is a neurovascular complication of diabetes mellitus induced by long-term poor blood glucose control in diabetic patients.In the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)system,it falls under the categories of“consumptive thirst”and“impotence”.It has been commonly believed in the past that the most common cause of DIED is kidney deficiency.How⁃ever,with the explosive growth in the prevalence of diabetes in China in recent years,the prevalence and undiagnosed rate of DIED have continued to increase,with the age of onset exhibiting a marked trend toward younger individuals.The previous TCM theories are no longer fully applicable.While modern medicine has been conducting in-depth and detailed research on the disease,it has gradu⁃ally discovered that the physiological relationship of“homogeny of liver and kidney”has a significant impact on DIED patients.Com⁃bining the theory of“homogeny of liver and kidney”,the authors discussed its relationship with DIED,hoping to enrich the existing re⁃search on this disease and provide some references for clinical prevention and treatment.
