摘要
以丙烯酰胺、衣康酸及N, N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为原料,通过共聚制备水凝胶,借助衣康酸中的羧基基团对Fe^(3+)进行络合吸附,利用Fe^(3+)的氧化性将吡咯原位氧化聚合成聚吡咯(PPy),并将其填充到水凝胶中,制备具有出色水下抗溶胀性能的导电水凝胶。经压缩-回复试验测试发现,该水凝胶在一定的载荷下可实现超过60%的变形,且载荷释放后能够快速恢复至原有状态。将其作为传感器监测人体的一系列物理信号(手指弯曲、手腕伸展等)时,最大传感响应相对电阻变化率可达0.9%。
The hydrogel is prepared by copolymerization of acrylamide,itaconic acid and N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide.Fe^(3+)is complexed and adsorbed by the carboxyl group in itaconic acid,and pyrrole is oxidized and polymerized in situ to polypyrrole(PPy)using Fe^(3+)oxidation.This hydrogel filled with polypyrrole material has excellent underwater anti swelling performance.In addition,the compression recovery test shows that the hydrogel can achieve more than 60%deformation under a certain load,and can quickly recover to the original state after the load is released.When used as a sensor to monitor a series of physical signals of the human body(such as finger bending,wrist extension,etc.),the maximum sensing response relative resistance change rate can reach 0.9%.
