摘要
在文献整理、个体访谈和专家座谈的基础上编制了大学生就业能力调查问卷,通过项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和信效度检验等得出大学生就业能力结构模型。该就业能力结构模型包含获得就业和维持就业两个一阶因子,知识、责任心等九个二阶因子。用计量经济模型对大学生就业能力的影响因素进行实证检验发现,家庭收入对大学生就业能力有显著的正向影响,而父亲为官则对大学生就业能力有显著的负向影响;大学期间的社会实践活动和工作实习对大学生就业能力有显著的正向影响,而专业知识的学习对大学生就业能力的提升并无助益。
This paper compiles an undergraduate employability questionnaire based on literature review, individual interviews and expert discussions. A college graduates' employability structure model is derived through project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity testing. The employability structural model contains two first-order factors of obtaining employment ability and maintaining employment ability and nine second-order factors of knowledge, responsibility etc. Empirical test of factors affecting the employability of college graduates using an econometric model found that family income has a significant positive impact on college graduates' employability; an official father has a significant negative impact on college graduates' employability; social practice and work internships during college have a significant positive impact on college graduates' employability; professional knowledge learning has no effect to enhance employability of college graduates.
