摘要
对民主进行“去社会主义化”阐释,使其成为描述西方自由民主体制范式的专属性概念,是西方民主话语霸权得以生成的重要步骤。解构西方民主话语霸权,需要发挥民主的“想象力”,从宏观层面再次呼唤民主与社会主义相结合的力量。从社会形态的发展演变上看,社会主义民主是一种优越于资本主义民主的模式;从价值属性上看,民主的核心价值是平等而不是自由;从实现方式上看,要实现绝大多数人拥有追求幸福生活的平等权利,需要强有力的组织者和领导者,没有集中的民主是无效的。可见,民主与社会主义在历史逻辑、价值逻辑、实践逻辑方面具有内在关联性,但这一“历史真相”却长期被有意遮蔽。重构民主与社会主义关联性必须加强话语阐释,以马克思主义的科学真理之优势掌握民主发展潮流的历史制高点,突出民主的社会主义属性为民主发展史正本清源,以“实践中的好表现”而不是“观念上的好制度”作为衡量民主的标准。
It’s an important process for the creation of discourse hegemony of Western democracy to interpret democracy on a“de-socialization”basis,making it an exclusive concept that describes the system paradigm of freedom and democracy in Western countries.The deconstruction of discourse hegemony of Western democracy requires giving free rein to the imagination of democracy and calls for the integrated strength of democracy and socialism from a macroscopic view.From the perspective of social formation development,socialist democracy is a mode superior to capitalist democracy.From the view of property of value,the core value of democracy is equality rather than freedom.Judging from the means of realization,powerful organizers and leaders are needed to realize equal rights for most people in pursuing a happy life.Since democracy without centralism will not work,it is evident that democracy and socialism are interrelated in terms of historical logic,value logic,and practical logic,while the“historical fact”has been intentionally concealed.The relevance reconstruction between democracy and socialism requires enhancement of discourse interpretation,winning a historical vantage point for the development trend of democracy with the advantages of Marxism as a scientific truth,emphasizing the socialist attribute of democracy so as to radically reform the development history of democracy,and setting up a standard by which to judge democracy with“a satisfactory performance in practice”rather than“a conceptual good system”.
