摘要
针对传统脱氮除磷污水处理工艺受限于碳源竞争以及脱氮与除磷菌污泥龄相冲突,产生工艺处理效果不稳定且污泥产量大等问题,提出了以内源聚合物代谢为主的脱氮除磷工艺,并通过遂宁市河东新区某污水厂工艺改造和运营调整,对传统工艺和以内聚物代谢为主的工艺运行效果及污泥产量进行对比,结果表明调整后工艺出水水质满足排放标准,污泥产生量减少45.60%,单位水量电耗减少16%,除磷剂投加量减少22%,PAM投加量减少39.80%,有利于实现污水厂低碳化和节能化运营,具有一定的推广应用价值。
In response to the limitations of traditional nitrogen and phosphorus removal wastewater treatment processes due to carbon source competition and conflicts between nitrogen and phosphorus removal bacteria and sludge age,resulting in unstable treatment effects and high sludge production,a nitrogen and phosphorus removal process mainly based on internal polymer metabolism is proposed.Through the process transformation and operation adjustment of a sewage plant in Hedong New District,Suining City,the operating effects and sludge production of traditional and internal polymer metabolism based processes are compared.The results indicate that the effluent quality of the adjusted process meets the discharge standards.The production of sewage is reduced by 45.60%;the electricity consumption per ton of water is reduced by 16%;the dosage of phosphorus removal agent is reduced by 22%,and the dosage of PAM is reduced by 39.80%,which is conducive to achieving low-carbon and energy-saving of the sewage plant.Operation has certain promotional and application value.
