摘要
伴随着我国矿产工业的快速发展,尾矿的排放量激增,目前多采用尾矿库堆存,再进行全尾砂充填,但尾矿库的长期堆存对环境造成了严重污染,且细颗粒尾砂在充填过程易发生堵塞等各种问题,导致尾砂无法做到全部充填,因此,亟需运用尾矿资源化新技术,实现尾矿的综合利用。以尾矿综合利用为核心,关注其在建筑材料领域的应用,针对近年来关于尾矿的研究进展进行了综述,并以某磁铁矿为例进行可行性分析,经检验,该磁铁矿的尾砂样本符合国家标准《建筑用砂》(GB/T 14684-2011)和《建设用卵石、碎石》(GB/T 14685-2011)的要求,表明该尾砂满足建筑材料的要求,可用于建筑材料的制备。
With the rapid development of China's mining industry,the discharge of tailings has surged.Currently,the predominant method involves storing tailings in tailings ponds,followed by full-tailing backfill.However,the long-term storage of tailings in ponds causes severe environmental pollution.Additionally,fine-grained tailings are prone to issues such as clogging during the backfilling process,preventing the complete utilization of tailings through backfill.Consequently,there is an imperative need to adopt new resource utilization technologies for tailings to achieve their comprehensive utilization.Focusing on the comprehensive utilization of tailings,this review examines their application in the building material sector by summarizing recent research progress in tailing utilization.Taking a magnetite mine in Anhui as a case study for feasibility analysis,laboratory testing confirmed that the tailings sample conforms to the requirements of the Chinese national standards Sand for Construction(GB/T 14684-2011)and Pebble and Crushed Stone for Construction(GB/T 14685-2011).These results demonstrate that the tailings meet the specifications for building materials and are suitable for producing construction materials.
