油田无泄漏示范区建设模式探索与实践

摘要 为全面降低管道失效率,探索老区油田腐蚀治理新模式,2021年大庆油田某采油厂南三区西部开展油田首个无泄漏示范区建设,旨在有效提升管道和站场风险管控能力,降低失效泄漏造成的安全风险,推动失效率全面达标。通过无泄漏示范区建设,探索“12315”失效治理模式,在建设阶段强化失效分析、措施组合、设计优化与施工质量管控,针对管道更新、检测修复、区域性阴极保护进行技术优选与指标界限优化,并应用空穴射流、内腐蚀监测等经济型内腐蚀防控技术;在运维管理阶段持续加强风险识别与管控,提升措施实施质量。通过示范区的建设与运行,实现区域内管道失效率由1.022次/(km·a)下降至0次/(km·a),形成了一套油田无泄漏示范区失效治理技术,初步明确了8级管道修复与更新界限、阴极保护管道长度650 m以上时需补充牺牲阳极、空穴射流适用DN100以下管道清管、湍流清洗适用DN100以上管道清管等技术指标,为后续示范区建设提供指导借鉴。 In order to comprehensively reduce the failure rate of pipelines,and explore a new model for cor-rosion control in old oilfield areas,the construction of the first no-leakage demonstration zone in the western part of the S-3 District is carried out in an oil production plant of Daqing Oilfield in 2021.It aims to effectively improve the risk control ability of pipelines and stations,reduce the safety risks caused by failure and leak-age,and make the failure rate to reach the standard comprehensively.Through the construction of the no-leak-age demonstration zone,the"12315"failure management mode has been deeply explored.During the construc-tion phase,the strengthen analysis of failures,combination of measures,optimization of designs,and quality control of construction are implemented.Technical optimization and index boundary optimization are carried out for pipeline updates,detection and repair,and regional cathodic protection.Economic internal corrosion prevention and control technologies such as cavitation jet and internal corrosion monitoring are ap-plied.During the operation and maintenance management phase,continuously risk identification and control are strengthened to improve the quality of measure implementation.Through the construction and operation of no-leakage demonstration zone,the pipeline failure rate of the zone has been reduced from 1.022 freq/(km·a)to 0 freq/(km·a),and a series of failure treatment technologies has been formed.Meanwhile the boundaries for repairing and updating 8-level pipelines,sacrificial anodes need to be supplemented when the cathodic pro-tection pipeline length is over 650 m,cavitation jet is suitable for pipeline cleaning below DN100,and turbu-lent cleaning is suitable for pipeline cleaning above DN100,and other technical indicators have been prelimi-narily clarified.These indicators provide guidance and reference for the subsequent construction of no-leakage demonstration zones.
