摘要
通过对各种非金属管道破损的统计得出管材材质的力学特性、施工质量差、使用人员对管道特性缺乏了解和掌握,是非金属管道人为损坏的主要原因。提出全面普及非金属管道知识,建立和实施以管材选型论证,合理延长管道保修期,使用单位全员监督为主要内容的施工质量控制体系,可以有效地降低金属管道损坏数量。
Through the statistics of the damage of various non-metallic pipes,it is concluded that the mechanical properties of the pipe material,the poor construction quality,and the lack of understanding and grasp of the pipe characteristics by the users are the main reasons for the man-made damage of the non-metallic pipes.It is proposed to comprehensively popularize the knowledge of non-metallic pipes,establish and implement a construction quality control system with pipe selection demonstration,reasonable extension of the pipeline warranty period,and full supervision of the user unit,which can effectively reduce the number of metal pipeline damage.
