摘要
作为科学的社会认识理论,马克思主义唯物史观对科学地发展与重构正义观有基础意义。马克思主义的基于唯物史观的正义观的创建,马克思主义正义观的整体性建构,以及马克思主义正义观对资本主义的深刻批判,这些都是马克思主义正义观的基本内容,反映了唯物史观的科学性是实现正义观的科学发展的重要保证。同时,唯物史观也是构建权利、正义与生产力“三位一体”的正义观的基本保证。正是在唯物史观的基础上,马克思主义正义观完成了对正义观的科学重构,使人们看到以发展生产力为落脚点的新型正义观的诞生。在唯物史观基础上,马克思主义正义观创建了科学的正义观。马克思主义的基于唯物史观的正义观,是对历史唯心主义正义观的重要终结。
As a scientific theory of social cognition,Marxist historical materialism is of great fundamental significance for the scientific development and reconstruction of the conception of justice.The establishment of the Marxist conception of justice based on historical materialism,the comprehensive construction of the Marxist conception of justice,and its incisive critique of capitalism are the basic contents of the Marxist conception of justice,which reflects that the scientific nature of historical materialism is an important guarantee for the scientific development of the conception of justice.Furthermore,historical materialism underpins the development of an integrated“three-inone”model of justice that interweaves rights,justice and productive forces.It is precisely on the basis of historical materialism that the Marxist justice conception has completed an ideological reconstruction,giving rise to a novel conception of justice anchored in the development of productive forces.On the basis of historical materialism,the Marxist conception of justice has created the scientific conception of justice.In doing so,Marxist conception of justice based on historical materialism ultimately supersedes the historically idealistic conception of justice.

欧阳英(1964-),女,湖南武冈人,哲学博士。中国社会科学院哲学研究所二级研究员,长城学者,博士生导师。中国马克思主义哲学史学会理事,中国特色社会主义理论研究会副秘书长,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。出版《走进西方政治哲学》《构建和谐社会的政治哲学阐释》《在社会学与政治哲学之间》《马克思政治哲学思想探析》《马克思之后的政治哲学思想》学术专著五部,一部入选国家哲学社会科学成果文库。在《哲学研究》《马克思主义研究》《中共中央党校(国家行政学院)学报》《光明日报》等发表学术论文90余篇,其中多篇论文被《新华文摘》《中国社会科学文摘》《高等学校文科学术文摘》、人大复印报刊资料转载。
