摘要
段忠桥先生认为马克思的正义观与历史唯物主义是互不相干的论断,不论是在立论的文本依据,还是在论证上都难以成立。马克思的正义观充分地体现在他依据历史唯物主义对正义所做的剖析与批判之中。马克思对正义的批判与马克思对宗教的批判存在着一致性,透过马克思对宗教的批判,我们能够更好地理解马克思对正义的批判。
The argument that Marx＇s view of justice and historical materialism are irrelevant to each other, as held by Professor Duan Zhongqiao, is difficult to set up, whether from its text of argument or from its justification. Marx＇s view of justice is fully expressed in his analysis and critique of justice which is just based on historical materialism. Marx＇s critique of justice is in line with Marx＇s criticism of religion, through which we can better understand his critique of justice.
