富水角砾岩地层隧道预防突水突泥的极限防突体厚度

Limit Thickness of Outburst Prevention Body for Water and Mud Inrush of Tunnel in Water⁃Rich Breccia Stratum

摘要 为防止富水角砾岩地层隧道发生突水突泥灾害,依托重庆—遂宁高速公路复线缙云山隧道,开展模型试验和数值模拟研究,分析隧道突水突泥灾害特征和不同水头条件下的极限防突体厚度。结果表明:角砾岩地层隧道突水突泥灾害形成过程经历稳定→渗流→破坏三个阶段,分别对应突水通道形成、贯通和灾害发生。突水突泥发生时,拱顶应力大于拱肩,拱顶先于拱肩破坏;拱顶渗透压力降幅最大,为25.3%。隧道开挖后,掌子面后方水压力下降最显著,下降范围随水头的升高而增大。水头高度为120~180 m时,通过数值模拟得到的极限防突体厚度为2.2~2.8 m,与模型试验结果相近,说明数值分析和模型试验结果均具有较高的准确性。 To prevent the occurrence of water and mud inrush disasters in tunnels in water-rich breccia strata,model tests and numerical simulations were carried out based on the Jinyunshan highway Tunnel of the Chongqing-Suining Expressway Second Line.The characteristics of water and mud inrush disasters in tunnel and the limited thickness of the outburst prevention body under different water head conditions were analyzed.The results show that the occurrence process of water and mud inrush for the tunnel in the breccia stratum experiences three stages:stability,seepage and failure,which corresponds to the formation,penetration and disaster of water inrush channels respectively.When water and mud inrush occur,the vault stress is greater than the tunnel shoulder,and the vault is destroyed before the tunnel shoulder.The seepage pressure of the vault decreases the most,which is 25.3%.After tunnel excavation,the water pressure behind the tunnel face decreases most significantly,and the decreasing range increases with the increase of water head.Under the condition that the water head height is 120~180 m,the thickness of the limit anti-outburst body obtained by numerical simulation is 2.2~2.8 m,which is similar to the model test result.Both numerical analysis and model test results demonstrate high accuracy.
