基于主成分分析及熵权法的低渗透油藏CO_(2)驱替潜力评价

摘要 CO_(2)驱油是一种有效提高低渗透油藏原油采收率的方法。由于低渗透油田各个区块地质特征差异大,开发程度不同,情况比较复杂,选取各种类型的矿场进行试验投资大、效益低。为了有效消除低渗透油藏CO_(2)驱替各评价指标之间的相互影响,避免主观性强、随意性大的缺点,结合数值模拟结果,提出一种基于主成分分析及熵权法的低渗透油藏CO_(2)驱替潜力评估方法。通过CMG模拟软件中的GEM组分模型进行数值模拟研究,采用单因素分析法,最终筛选出地层倾角、油层压力、有效厚度、油藏平均渗透率、隔层发育情况、含油饱和度、井距、流体黏度、密度、温度等10项评价指标。研究结果表明:根据主成分分析结果中特征值和主成分方差贡献率,确定前四个主成分可以涵盖主要信息,累计方差贡献率为86.073%;将主成分分析和熵权法两种方法相结合确定综合权重,结果显示含油饱和度、井距、油层有效厚度对CO_(2)驱替影响程度最大,油层倾角、油藏温度对CO_(2)驱替影响程度最小。 CO_(2)drive is an effective method for improving crude oil recovery in low-permeability reservoirs.Due to the complex situation in low-permeability oilfields with diverse geological characteristics and varying levels of development,selecting various types of fields for testing is costly and inefficient.To effectively elimi nate the mutual influence among various evaluation indicators for CO_(2)drive in low-permeability reservoirs and avoid the shortcomings of strong subjectivity and large arbitrariness,a method is proposed for evaluating the potential of CO_(2)drive in low-permeability reservoirs based on principal component analysis and entropy weight method,combined with numerical simulation results.Numerical simulation is conducted using the GEM component model in CMG simulation software.Ten evaluation indicators are ultimately selected based on sin gle-factor analysis:formation dip,reservoir pressure,effective thickness,average reservoir permeability,interlayer development,oil saturation,well spacing,fluid viscosity,density,and temperature.The results show that the first four principal components reflect major information,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 86.073%based on the eigenvalues and variance contribution rate of principal components in the principal component analysis results.Principal component analysis and entropy weight methods are combined to determine the com prehensive weight.The results show that oil saturation,well spacing,and effective reservoir thickness have the greatest impact on CO_(2)drive,while formation dip and reservoir temperature have the least impact on CO_(2) drive.
