摘要
复兴区块陆相页岩油水平井摩阻异常高,导致成井困难,为了揭示复兴区块水平井摩阻异常发生的原因,文中开展了岩石力学及钻井液性能分析等相关实验,对比分析了陆相页岩与海相页岩地质特征差异。通过建立考虑岩屑床、钻井液液柱压力与地层孔隙压力差的管柱力学模型,研究了岩屑床和压差对摩阻的影响规律。研究结果表明,陆相页岩微裂缝发育、压力传递速度快、钻井液液柱压力与地层孔隙压力的差值大、钻井液低密度固含超标而引发的管柱与地层之间的压差黏附过大是导致摩阻异常高的根本原因。制定了钻井液性能调控、低密度固含控制、减小压差等降摩减阻工程措施并进行了现场先导试验,水平段摩阻得到极大改善。研究结果为解决四川盆地陆相页岩水平段摩阻异常高这一工程难题提供了参考。
The friction resistance of horizontal well of continental shale oil in Fuxing Block is abnormally high,which makes well completion difficult.In order to reveal the cause of the abnormal friction of horizontal wells in Fuxing Block,the paper carried out rock mechanics and drilling fluid performance analysis and other related experiments,and the geological characteristic differences of continental shale and marine shale were compared and analyzed.The influence laws of cutting bed and pressure difference on friction were studied by establishing a pipe string mechanical model considering cutting bed and difference between drilling fluid column pressure and formation pore pressure.The research results show that the root causes of abnormally high friction are the development of micro-fractures in continental shale,fast pressure transfer rate,large difference between drilling fluid column pressure and formation pore pressure,and excessive pressure difference adhesion between pipe string and formation caused by excessive low density solid content in drilling fluid.Engineering measures to reduce friction such as drilling fluid property control,low density solid content control and pressure difference reduction were formulated and field pilot tests were carried out,and the horizontal section friction was greatly improved.The research results provide a reference for solving the engineering problem of abnormally high drilling friction in the horizontal section of continental shale in Sichuan Basin.
