摘要
目的:构建孕产期全程保健照护智随访信息平台并评价其应用效果,为提高妇幼保健服务质量提供借鉴。方法:通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈构建孕产期全程保健照护智随访信息平台。采用便利抽样法,选取2022年4月—6月在天津市某三级甲等医院参与孕期保健的225例孕产妇为对照组,采用第三方医疗健康App进行管理;选取2023年10月—12月的245例孕产妇为干预组,采用智随访信息平台进行管理,干预周期均为11个月。比较干预前后两组母婴健康结局指标、孕产期管理质量指标及满意度,评估平台可用性。结果:干预组自然分娩率、产后盆底功能筛查率、孕产期保健知识掌握合格率、高危孕妇平台管理覆盖率、妊娠合并症/并发症追访率及满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05);产后出血、巨大儿发生率及随访时长均低于或短于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理人员及干预组平台可用性得分均>70分。结论:孕产期全程保健照护智随访信息平台的应用提高了孕产期管理效率和服务质量,可用性良好,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To develop an intelligent follow-up information platform for comprehensive maternal-perinatal healthcare and to evaluate its application effects,so as to provide a reference for improving maternal and child health care services.Methods:An intelligent follow-up information platform for comprehensive maternal-perinatal healthcare was developed through literature review and semi-structured interviews.Using a convenience sampling method,a total of 225 pregnant women who completed the entire health management process in a tertiary grade A hospital in Tianjin from April to June 2022 were recruited and assigned to the control group and followed up by a third-party App.Another 245 pregnant women admitted from October to December 2023 were recruited and assigned to the intervention group and followed up through the intelligent follow-up information platform.The duration of the intervention period was 11 months.Compare the health outcome indicators of mothers and infants,quality indicators of antenatal and intrapartum management,and satisfaction rate between the two groups before and after the intervention,and evaluate platform usability.Results:The following outcomes of participants in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group:natural delivery rate,pelvic floor function screening rate,knowledge level,coverage rate of high-risk pregnant women under platform management,follow-up rate of pregnancy complications,and satisfaction rate(all P<0.05).Besides,the following outcomes of participants in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group:postpartum hemorrhage,incidence of macrosomia,and follow-up duration(all P<0.05).The platform usability scores of both nursing staff and the intervention group participants were above 70.Conclusion:The application of the intelligent follow-up information platform for comprehensive maternal healthcare has improved the efficiency of perinatal management and service quality.With good usability,it holds significant value for clinical promotion.
