摘要
该文总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间妊娠期孕妇居家护理的指导策略,包括利用互联网"云门诊"实现线上就诊、合理调整产检时间、制订居家隔离期间的防护措施及告知妊娠期如何自我监测方式等,旨在疫情防控时期常规产检落实困难的情况下,引导孕妇提高在此期间的居家防护及妊娠期保健自我管理能力,帮助其早期识别与判断异常妊娠反应或表现,避免发生不良的妊娠结局。
This article summarizes the coronavirus disease 2019 during pregnancy period pregnant women home nursing guidance strategy,including the use of Internet "cloud outpatient " to achieve online medical treatment,adjust the time of prenatal examination reasonably,protection measures during home isolation and self-monitoring during pregnancy. Considering of the epidemic situation,it is difficult to carry out routine production inspection. It is important to guide pregnant women to improve their ability of home protection against new coronavirus infection and self-management of health care during pregnancy,help them to identify and judge abnormal pregnancy reaction or performance in the early stage,avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.
