摘要
目的:分析自拟滋肾培土汤联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗薄型子宫内膜的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月清镇市妇幼保健院收治的60例薄型子宫内膜患者,依据随机数字抽签法进行分组,每组30例。对照组采用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合自拟滋肾培土汤治疗。比较两组月经失血图评分、子宫内膜厚度、血流动力学参数、性激素和抗米勒管激素(AMH)水平。结果:治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组月经失血图评分更高,子宫内膜厚度更厚,血流动力学参数更低(P<0.05);治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素水平更低,雌二醇及AMH水平更高(P<0.05)。结论:自拟滋肾培土汤联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗薄型子宫内膜的效果确切,可有效改善患者月经情况,增加子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫内膜血流动力学,调节性激素、AMH水平。
Objective:To analyze the effect of the self-designed Zishen Peitu decoction combined with estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of thin endometrium.Method:Sixty patients with thin endometrium admitted to Qingzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and grouped according to the random number lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets,while the observation group was treated with the self-designed Zishen Peitu decoction on the basis of the control group.The scores of menstrual blood loss graphs,endometrial thickness,hemodynamic parameters,levels of sex hormones and anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher Pictorial Blood Loss Assessment Chart Score,thicker endometrial thickness,and lower hemodynamic parameters(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower,while the levels of estradiol and AMH were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The selfdesigned Zishen Peitu decoction combined with estradiol Tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone Tablets has a definite effect in the treatment of thin endometrium.It can effectively improve the menstrual condition of patients,increase the thickness of the endometrium,improve the hemodynamics of the endometrium,and regulate the levels of sex hormones and AMH.
