摘要
本研究采用文献研究、调查访问等方法,聚焦“健康湖南”背景下数字技术对健身服务业高质量发展的赋能作用,基于TOE理论框架,从技术、组织、环境维度探究数字赋能健身服务业高质量发展的作用机理。研究发现,数字赋能对健身服务业具有重要时代价值,但也面临诸多现实瓶颈,如存在数据安全、算法公平风险、社区健身与健康管理脱节、供需错配、可持续性弱等问题。对此,研究提出推进路径:强化“数字技术赋能”与“健康湖南牵引”双轮驱动,优化政策供给;夯实数据基座,促进互联互通;培育创新主体,打造标杆示范;弥合数字鸿沟,保障包容发展。该研究对推动“健康湖南”落地、服务区域经济社会发展具有重要意义。
This study uses methods such as literature research and survey interviews to focus on the empowering effect of digital technology on the high-quality development of the fitness service industry in the background of“Healthy Hunan”.Based on the TOE theoretical framework,it explores digital empowerment from the dimensions of technology,organization,and environment.The mechanism of the high-quality development of the fitness service industry.The study found that digital empowerment has important era value for the fitness service industry,but it also faces many practical bottlenecks,such as data security,algorithm fairness risks,disconnection between community fitness and health management,mismatch between supply and demand,and weak sustainability.In this regard,the research proposes a promotion path:strengthen the two-wheel drive of“digital technology empowerment”and“healthy Hunan traction”,and optimize policy supply;Consolidate the database and promote interconnection;Cultivate innovation subjects and create based demonstrations;Bridging the digital divide and ensuring inclusive development.This study is of great significance in promoting the implementation of“Healthy Hunan”and serving regional economic and social development.
