摘要
社会力量参与“乡村图书馆+”模式建设高质量发展,是实现和保障农民群众基本文化权益自下而上的重要力量。文章立足国内“乡村图书馆+”合作模式和创新案例分析,探索“十四五”时期社会力量参与“乡村图书馆+”模式高质量发展实践路径,旨在传播社会主义核心价值观,为乡村振兴奠定坚实基础。
Social force participating in the high quality development of“rural library+”mode construction is an important bottom-up force to realize and protect the basic cultural rights and interests of farmers.Based on“rural library+”cooperation mode and innovative case analysis in China,the article explores the practical path of social force participating in the high quality development of“rural library+”mode during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,aiming to spread the socialist core values and lay a solid foundation for the revitalization of rural culture.
