摘要
该研究以西藏自然科学博物馆为典型研究对象,基于智慧化建设视角,在系统分析内地主流博物馆智慧导览系统架构逻辑、技术路径与应用成效的基础上,针对西藏地区特有的文化生态与地理环境,创造性地构建了一套融合计算机视觉(CV)、自然语言处理(NLP)和知识图谱(KG)等多模态技术的智慧导览研发方案。相较于国内现有系统普遍存在的三大局限:(1)少数民族语言支持薄弱;(2)高海拔环境下硬件设备和网络稳定性不足;(3)对宗教文物展陈敏感内容的识别机制缺失。针对上述局限性,本研究通过智慧导览核心技术突破实现系统优化:(1)增加藏语语料库,研发支持藏汉双语的自然语言处理引擎;(2)采用高原特制硬件架构,通过低温耐受性改造和网络优化使设备在海拔5000 m下稳定运行;(3)引入多层文化保护机制——基于知识图谱的宗教、政治敏感内容自动过滤系统及当地博物馆行业专家参与的敏感内容人工复核流程。该系统具有广阔的应用前景,将攻破西藏自然科学博物馆及其他西藏本土不同类型博物馆存在的观众参与度低、运营效能低、传播受限等痛点,高质量赋能其智慧化建设,助力实现“从零到一”的革新突破,为少数民族地区博物馆智慧化建设提供可复制技术范式。
This study takes Xizang Museum of Natural Science as the typical research object.From the perspective of intelligentization construction,it has systematically analyzed the architectural logic,technical paths and application effect of intelligent guide system in mainstream museums in inland China.Considering the unique cultural ecology and geographical environment in Xizang,the study has innovatively constructed a research and development scheme of an intelligent guide system integrating multi-modal technologies such as computer vision(CV),natural language processing(NLP)and knowledge graph(KG).Compared with the common limitations of existing domestic system:(1)weak support for ethnic minority languages;(2)insufficient stability of hardware equipment and networks in high-altitude environment;(3)lack of identification mechanisms for sensitive content in religious relics and exhibits.In response to the limitations,this study has optimized the system through breakthroughs in core technologies applied in intelligent guides:(1)expanding Tibetan language corpus and developing a Tibetan-Chinese bilingual NLP engine;(2)adopting a plateau-specific hardware architecture,enabling equipment to operate stably at an altitude of 5,000 m through low-temperature tolerance transformation and network optimization;(3)introducing a multi-layer cultural protection mechanism,including an automatic filtering system for religiously and politically sensitive content based on KG and a manual review process for sensitive content involving local experts in the museum industry.This system has broad application prospects,which would address pain points such as low audience participation,low operational efficiency and limited dissemination in Xizang Museum of Natural Science and other local museums in Xizang,achieve high-quality empowerment for their intelligentization construction,facilitate an innovative breakthrough“from zero to one”,and provide a replicable technical paradigm for the intelligentization construction of museums in ethnic minority regions.
