数字化转型对企业新质生产力的影响

摘要 通过突破研发资源配置时空边界与提升要素利用效率,数字化转型成为驱动新质生产力跃迁的重要引擎。基于我国数字经济发展背景和企业新旧动能转换视角,选取2013—2023年中国沪深A股上市公司作为研究样本,实证分析了数字化转型对企业新质生产力的影响及作用机制。研究发现:数字化转型可以显著提升企业新质生产力水平,这一核心结论在替换解释变量、改变样本范围等一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。异质性检验发现:数字化转型对国有企业、非重污染型、技术密集型、劳动密集型、东部和中部地区企业的新质生产力促进作用更强。机制检验结果表明:数字化转型通过促进技术创新、优化人力资本配置及加深产业链关联度可促进企业新质生产力发展;进一步研究发现,随着数字化投入的累积,数字化转型对新质生产力发展的影响呈边际递减。 Digital transformation can break through the space-time boundary of R&D resource allocation and improve the efficiency of factor utilization to drive new-quality productive force to achieve qualitative change.Based on the background of China′s digital economy development and the perspective of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy of enterprises,this paper selects Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2023 as research samples,and empirically analyzes the impact of digital transformation on the new-quality productive force of enterprises and the mechanism of action.The study finds that:Digital transformation can significantly improve the level of new-quality productive force of enterprises.This core conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests such as replacing explanatory variables and changing sample range.The heterogeneity test finds that digital transformation has a stronger role in promoting the new-quality productive force of state-owned enterprises,non-heavy pollution enterprises,technology-intensive enterprises,labor-intensive enterprises,and enterprises in the eastern and central regions.The results of mechanism test show that digital transformation promotes the development of new-quality productive force of enterprises by promoting technological innovation,optimizing human capital allocation and deepening the correlation of industrial chain.Further research finds that with the accumulation of digital investment,the impact of digital transformation on the development of new-quality productive force shows a marginal decline.
