摘要
为揭示巴黎残奥会周期中国男子盲人足球队运动损伤特征,并构建适配盲人足球运动员损伤防控理论框架,运用文献资料法、访谈法、录像观察法及数理统计法,对周期内中国队参与27场国际赛事中损伤情况进行研究。研究发现:运动员损伤风险受“残疾特征-项目特性-赛事强度”三维因素交织影响。周期内损伤率高达78.6%,其中外伤性损伤占比83.3%,且主要集中在下肢部位;世界性赛事损伤风险显著高于亚洲区域赛事。损伤原因涵盖主观因素(如自我保护不足、热身不充分)与客观因素(如局部负荷过重、场地环境影响)。盲人足球运动员在比赛中面临极高损伤风险。建议从“预防-治疗-保障”三大维度入手,实施系统性损伤防控措施,包括提升运动员自我保护能力、优化训练与比赛环境、完善损伤预防及康复体系,以及加大科研投入等。
In order to reveal the sports injury characteristics of the Chinese men’s blind football team during the Paris Paralympic Games cycle,and to construct a theoretical framework for injury prevention and control which is suitable for blind football players,literature review,interview,video observation,and mathematical statistics were used to study the injury situation of the Chinese team in 27 international competitions during the cycle.Research has found that the risk of athlete injury is influenced by the interweaving of three factors:disability characteristics,project features,and competition intensity.The injury rate within the cycle is as high as 78.6%,of which 83.3%are traumatic injuries,mainly concentrated in the lower limbs;The risk of in-jury in global competitions is significantly higher than that in Asian regional competitions.The causes of inju-ry include subjective factors(such as insufficient self-protection and inadequate warm-up)and objective factors(such as local overload and environmental impact).Blind football players face a high risk of injury during matches.It is suggested to start from the three dimensions of“prevention,treatment and guarantee”and implement systematic injury prevention and control measures,including enhancing athletes’self-protec-tion ability,optimizing training and competition environment,improving injury prevention and rehabilitation system,and increasing scientific research investment.
