摘要
肥胖问题日益严峻,对慢性病防控及健康中国战略实施的挑战愈加突出。基于《“体重管理年”活动实施方案》《关于做好健康体重管理门诊设置与管理工作的通知》等国家层面政策要求分析了公立医院健康体重管理门诊的功能定位,从学科、人员、设备、空间配置标准以及规范化全流程多学科综合管理流程设计等要素探讨了健康体重管理门诊的运行机制,并就公立医院规范化建设健康体重管理门诊提出政策建议。
The obesity problem is becoming increasingly severe,posing greater challenges to the prevention and control of chronic diseases and the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy.Based on national policy requirements such as the Implementation Plan for the“Weight Management Year”Activity and the Notice on the Setup and Management of Healthy Weight Management Clinics,it analyzes the functional positioning of healthy weight management clinic in public hospitals.It explores operational mechanisms through key elements including disciplinary integration,staffing,equipment,space,as well as the process design of standardized,full-process,multidisciplinary comprehensive management.Finally,it proposes policy recommendations for standardizing the establishment of healthy weight management outpatient department in public hospitals.
