C/C复合材料超高温陶瓷涂层制备工艺研究进展

Research progress on preparation process of ultra-high temperature ceramic coatings for C/C composite materials

摘要 C/C复合材料因其优异的抗氧化性与抗热震性能,被认为是固体火箭发动机喷管最理想的抗烧蚀结构材料之一。然而,在超高温、富氧环境下,C/C复合材料表现出的氧化敏感性严重制约了其应用领域的进一步拓展。采用特殊工艺制备致密的陶瓷抗氧化涂层,有效隔绝基体与富氧环境的接触,是解决C/C复合材料高温氧化问题的重要途径。本文系统综述了近年来主流陶瓷涂层材料及其制备工艺,分析了各类工艺的作用机理与研究进展,并对超高温陶瓷涂层技术的发展方向进行了展望。 C/C composite materials are considered one of the most ideal ablation-resistant structural materials for solid rocket motor nozzles due to their excellent oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance.However,in ultra-high temperature and oxygen-rich environments,the oxidation sensitivity exhibited by C/C composite materials severely restricts the further expansion of their application fields.Preparing a dense ceramic oxidation-resistant coating through special processes to effectively isolate the matrix from the oxygen-rich environment is an important approach to solving the high-temperature oxidation problem of C/C composite materials.This paper systematically reviews the mainstream ceramic coating materials and their preparation processes in recent years,analyzes the mechanism and research progress of various processes,and looks forward to the development direction of ultra-high temperature ceramic coating technology.
