摘要
主要探讨炭材料惰性涂层和抗氧化涂层方法,分析了常用的包埋法、化学气相沉积、等离子喷涂法等三种方法的特点,着重分析了溶胶凝胶法、电化学、电子束喷涂等新方法在炭材料惰性涂层制备方面的可行性,认为涂层应该根据最终用途、使用环境、高的性能/价格比选择合适的涂层物质类型和方法。目前最有发展前途的是电子束喷涂涂层和 C V D 涂层。
The inert coating of carbon materials and the coating methods have been discussed. The features of usual three methods (impregnation method, chemical vapor deposition, plasma spraying) have been analyzed.It was also discussed if some new methods such as the sol gel method,electrochemical method and the electron beam could be used in the preparation of the inert coating for carbon materials.The coating method and reagent should be chosen according to the final use, application environment and high proportion of the property to price. At present, electron beam spraying,and chemical vapor deposition are potentially used as coating method.
