摘要
基于对朴素贝叶斯算法技术特性和预测优势的把握,提出一种基于该算法的客户生命周期价值(CLV)优化模型,以提升企业客户价值管理效率。文中首先阐释CLV模型构建原理,继而从数据处理架构和算法路径两个维度系统分析了基于朴素贝叶斯的CLV优化模型技术基础。在此基础上,深入探讨该模型在客户细分、价值预测等场景的应用方法,旨在帮助企业掌握CLV优化模型的实施路径与商业价值,促进企业客户关系管理能力提升,推动客户价值分析向精准化、智能化、动态化方向演进。
Based on the technical characteristics and prediction advantages of naive Bayes algorithm,researchers proposed a customer lifecycle value(CLV)optimization model based on the algorithm to improve the efficiency of enterprise customer value management.This paper first explains the construction principle of CLV model,and then systematically analyzes the technical basis of CLV optimization model based on naive Bayes from two dimensions of data processing architecture and algorithm path.On this basis,the application method of the model in customer segmentation,value prediction and other scenarios is deeply discussed,aiming to help enterprises grasp the implementation path and business value of the CLV optimization model,promote the improvement of enterprise customer relationship management ability,and promote the evolution of customer value analysis to the direction of precision,intelligence and dynamic.
