摘要
随着信息技术的发展,医院信息系统(HIS)在医疗管理中至关重要。传统运维模式因复杂性高、效率低等问题,难以满足现代医疗机构对高效、稳定运行的需求。本文从智能化辅助运维系统的技术架构、核心功能、实施路径以及在构建该系统过程中面临的挑战与应对措施几方面展开阐述。通过智能化运维系统的实施,提升了运维效率和系统稳定性,减少了人工干预,优化了资源配置,增强了故障处理能力,为医院信息化建设提供了支持。
With the continuous development of information technology,the Hospital Information System(HIS)has become essential for modern medical management.Traditional operation and maintenance(O&M)models,characterized by high complexity and low efficiency,no longer meet the demands of contemporary medical institutions for highly efficient and stable operations.This paper elaborates on the technical architecture,core functions,and implementation path of an intelligent auxiliary O&M system,together with the challenges encountered during its construction and corresponding countermeasures.Deployment of the intelligent O&M system has improved operational efficiency and system stability,reduced manual intervention,optimized resource allocation,and enhanced fault-handling capacity,thereby providing robust support for hospital informatization.
