摘要
在医院信息化建设不断发展,系统复杂性与日俱增的背景下,医院IT运维面临巨大压力和挑战。通过研究医院运维现状,从安全性、稳定性、可扩展性、易用性和成本控制五个层面阐述IT运维的需求和措施,规划设计IT智能运维平台,通过数据分析、人工智能等技术支撑医院信息系统稳定运行,提高医院智慧服务水平。
Under the background of the continuous development of hospital informatization construction and increas-ing system complexity,the IT operation and maintenance in hospitals are facing on the great pressure and challenges.By studying the curent situation of hospitals operation and maintenance,expounding the needs and measures of IT operation and maintenance from the five levels of security,stability,scalability,ease of use and cost control,planning and designing IT intelligent operation and maintenance platform,supporting the stable operation of hospital informa-tion system through data analysis,artificial intelligence and other technologies,as well as improving the level of the smart service in hospitals.
