摘要
青年人才的成长发展是推进事业单位改革持续深入的关键所在,培养选拔优秀青年人才直接关系到事业单位高质量、可持续发展。事业单位需要从战略高度审视青年人才培养这一现实课题,明确这项工作的必要性、长期性和紧迫性。文章以单位实际情况为出发点,分析现阶段事业单位青年人才培养现状及存在问题,在此基础上讨论人才培养创新实践策略,以构建适应新时代发展的青年人才队伍体系,进一步促进事业单位良好发展。
The growth and development of young talents is the key to promote the continuous deepening of the reform of public institutions.The training and selection of outstanding young talents is directly related to the high quality and sustainable development of public institutions.Public institutions need to examine the practical issue of cultivating young talents from a strategic perspective,and clearly understand the necessity,long-term nature and urgency of this work.Starting from the actual situation of the unit,this article analyzes the current status and existing problems of young talent cultivation in public institutions at the present stage,on this basis,it discusses innovative practical strategies for talent cultivation to build a young talent team system that adapts to the development of the new era,and further promote the sound development of public institutions.
