摘要
生物碱类天然产物及活性分子由于其复杂的结构和多样的生物活性,引起了合成化学家和药理学家的极大关注,炔酰胺砌块在该类化合物的多样性合成中展现出了高效和精准的反应优势.本论述按照生物碱的种类进行划分,总结了近二十年来基于炔酰胺砌块对吲哚生物碱、喹啉/异喹啉生物碱、其他生物碱类天然产物以及活性分子的合成研究,希望为更多复杂的生物碱类活性天然产物及药物分子的高效合成提供借鉴和指导.
Alkaloid natural products and bioactive molecules have attracted considerable attention from synthetic chemists and pharmacologists due to their intricate architectures and diverse biological activities.Ynamide building blocks have demonstrated remarkable advantages of high efficiency and precise reactivity in the diversity-oriented syntheses of these compounds.This paper systematically categorizes various alkaloid subtypes,summarizing research progress over the past two decades in the syntheses of indole alkaloids,quinoline/isoquinoline alkaloids,and other alkaloid-type natural products/bioactive molecules using ynamide building blocks.The work aims to provide insights and guidance for developing efficient synthetic approaches toward more complex alkaloid-derived bioactive natural products and pharmaceutical agents.
