橐吾属植物中艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜的化学成分与生物活性研究进展

Research progress on the eremophilane-type sesquiterpenes from Ligularia plants and their biological activities

摘要 橐吾属植物隶属于菊科千里光族,在我国民间拥有悠久的药用历史,常作为中药“紫菀”的代替品,用于治疗支气管炎、咳喘、肺结核、咯血等症.艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜作为橐吾属植物的特征性次生代谢产物,凭借其独特的化学结构和广泛的生物活性而备受关注.近年来,相关研究不断深入,取得了诸多进展.本文对2015年以来从橐吾属植物中分离鉴定的110个结构新颖的艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜进行系统梳理,总结了在此期间该属植物提取物及艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜在生物活性方面的研究进展,并进一步评述了该类特征性化合物的生物合成研究现状,旨在为全面了解艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜的化学和药理研究现状提供参考,为该属植物及其特征化合物的药用价值探索提供依据. Plants of the genus Ligularia belong to the Senecioneae tribe of the Compositae family and have a long history of medicinal use in traditional Chinese medicine.They are often used as substitutes for the traditional Chinese medicine“Zi-Wan”to treat various diseases,including bronchitis,asthma,pulmonary tuberculosis,and hemoptysis.Eremophilane-type sesquiterpenes,as characteristic secondary metabolites of Ligularia plants,have attracted considerable attention due to their unique chemical structures and diverse biological activities.In recent years,research in this area has made significant progress.This review systematically summarizes the 110 novel eremophilanetype sesquiterpenes isolated and identified from Ligularia plants since 2015.It also reviews the research progress on the biological activities of extracts of Ligularia plants and eremophilane-type sesquiterpene compounds during this period,and further presents the current status of biosynthetic studies of these characteristic compounds.This review aims to provide a comprehensive reference for the current status of chemical and pharmacological research on eremophilanetype sesquiterpenes,and offer a basis for exploring the medicinal value of Ligularia plants and their characteristic eremophilane-type sesquiterpene compounds.
