摘要
目的探讨生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的价值。方法选择65例糖尿病患者设为观察组,再选取体检的健康者65例设为对照组。两组均予以生化检验,比较两组血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)],血液生化指标[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、果糖胺(FMN)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)],口服葡萄糖耐量试验结果,各指标对糖尿病的检出率。结果观察组FBG(9.13±1.14)mmol/L、2 h PBG(11.63±1.58)mmol/L均高于对照组的(4.05±0.57)、(5.42±1.02)mmol/L(P<0.05)。观察组HbA1c(10.34±1.45)%、TG(2.63±0.61)mmol/L、TC(5.57±0.21)mmol/L、FMN(3.26±0.25)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.75±0.58)mmol/L均高于对照组的(5.13±0.24)%、(1.14±0.13)mmol/L、(3.97±0.34)mmol/L、(2.01±0.31)mmol/L、(2.61±0.64)mmol/L,HDL-C(0.94±0.22)mmol/L低于对照组的(1.71±0.39)mmol/L(P<0.05)。观察组口服葡萄糖耐量试验30、60、120、180 min的血糖水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中,FMN、TG、HbA1c、口服葡萄糖耐量试验对糖尿病的检出率比较具有差异性(P<0.05)。且FMN、TG、HbA1c对糖尿病的检出率分别为96.92%、98.46%、98.46%,均高于口服葡萄糖耐量试验的84.62%(P<0.05)。结论生化检验能快速、准确诊断出糖尿病,能为后续治疗提供参考,具有较高应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods 65 diabetic patients were selected as the observation group;65 healthy patients were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested with biochemical tests.Comparison of blood glucose indicators[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)],blood biochemical indicators[glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),fructosamine(FMN),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],results of the oral glucose tolerance test between the two groups,as well as the detection rate of each indicator for diabetes.Results The observation group had FBG of(9.13±1.14)mmol/L and 2 h PBG of(11.63±1.58)mmol/L,which were higher than those in the control group[(4.05±0.57)and(5.42±1.02)mmol/L](P<0.05).The observation group had HbA1c of(10.34±1.45)%,TG of(2.63±0.61)mmol/L,TC of(5.57±0.21)mmol/L,FMN of(3.26±0.25)mmol/L,and LDL-C of(3.75±0.58)mmol/L,which were higher than those in the control group[(5.13±0.24)%,(1.14±0.13)mmol/L,(3.97±0.34)mmol/L,(2.01±0.31)mmol/L,and(2.61±0.64)mmol/L];the observation group had a lower HDL-C of(0.94±0.22)mmol/L than(1.71±0.39)mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose levels at 30,60,120,and 180 min after oral glucose tolerance test in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were differences in the detection rates of diabetes by FMN,TG,HbA1c,and oral glucose tolerance test(P<0.05).Furthermore,the detection rates for diabetes by FMN,TG,and HbA1c were 96.92%,98.46%,and 98.46%,which were higher than 84.62%by oral glucose tolerance test(P<0.05).Conclusion Biochemical test can diagnose diabetes mellitus quickly and accurately,which can provide reference for subsequent treatment and has high application value.
