摘要
在文化自信建设与职业教育改革推进的时代背景下,民族文化传承与职业院校现代学徒制的深度融合,是厚植高职院校建筑类专业学生工匠精神的关键路径。该研究通过系统剖析当前建筑专业学生工匠精神培育的实践困境,揭示其存在的三重结构性矛盾:民族文化传承断层、实践教学环节薄弱、文化价值导向缺位。针对上述问题,该文创新性提出构建“文化价值导向—专业能力本位—协同机制保障”的三维育人体系,从课程体系重构、实践教学提质、文化场域浸润、评价机制创构、政策保障强化等方面建构优化路径,为高职院校培养兼具民族情怀与时代精神的建筑工匠提供理论依据与实践指导。
Against the backdrop of advancing cultural confidence building and vocational education reform,the deep integration of ethnic cultural heritage and the modern apprenticeship system in vocational institutions represents a crucial pathway for instilling the spirit of craftsmanship in construction students at higher vocational colleges.This study systematically analyzes the practical challenges in cultivating the craftsmanship spirit among current construction students,revealing three underlying structural contradictions:the discontinuity in ethnic cultural transmission,the weakness in practical teaching,and the absence of cultural value orientation.In response to the above issues,this article innovatively proposes to construct a three-dimensional education system of"cultural value orientation-professional competence based-collaborative mechanism guarantee".It constructs an optimization path from the aspects of curriculum system reconstruction,practical teaching quality improvement,cultural field infiltration,evaluation mechanism creation,and policy guarantee strengthening,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for vocational colleges to cultivate architectural craftsmen who combine national sentiment and the spirit of the times.
