液力自动变速器全性能智能测试平台搭建

Construction of Full-Performance Intelligent Test Platform for Hydraulic Automatic Transmissions

摘要 本文搭建了液力自动变速器全性能智能测试平台,设计了集成化机械插接模块,确保测试过程更加稳定可靠。同时,通过CAN总线将一些SAE J1939报文发送给ATI-vision,实现了数据的实时传输;编写了Matlab程序,对数据进行自动化处理分析,提高了测试的自动化与智能化水平,实现了液力自动变速器总成全性能智能化测试。 In this paper,a full-performance intelligent test platform for hydraulic automatic transmissions is built,and an integrated mechanical plug-in module is designed to ensure that the test process is more stable and reliable.At the same time,some SAE J1939 messages are sent to ATI-vision through CAN bus to achieve real-time data transmission.The Matlab program is written to automatically process and analyze the data,which improves the automation and intelligence level of the test,and realizes the full-performance intelligent test of the hydraulic automatic transmission assembly.
